Elliot Apartments
Elliott is a small hilly neighborhood on Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania’s west city area. It has a zip code of 15220, and has representation on Pittsburgh City Council by the council member for District 2 (West Neighborhoods).
West End Overlook, located in Elliott, is one of the most scenic views in Pittsburgh. The West End Overlook recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation.
Elliott was once a thriving community full of local businesses. The closing of several housing communities has caused a deterioration the neighborhood. An active community group called the West End Elliott Citizens Council is located on Chartiers Avenue in the neighborhood.
Elliott is surrounded by the communities of Sheraden, West End and Crafton Heights.
